Economic and technical efficiency:

Due to the special structure, the pump has many advantages compared to the old type horizontal axial flow pump such as: good stability, high durability, in addition, do not use rubber silver or non-metallic silver, so reduce friction At the shaft neck increases the efficiency of the unit.

This type of pump is a good replacement for the old horizontal axial flow pump type 4000 m3 / h (type 24HT-90). The replacement will be very economical because this pump uses the exhaust system, suction and motor of the old pump;

In addition to the uncountable social and economic effects, the replacement of each new pump will bring about an annual effect of VND 21.19 million.

On the other hand, this is also the type of pump that can be applied in general because of the advantages such as: simple structure, easy to fabricate, install, repair; Inexpensive cost for the station construction. Expected series products cost VND 235 million.

Area of ​​application:

- Installed at some pumping stations such as Van Duc - Hai Duong, Thai Da - Hanoi, Bui Ha - Nam Dinh, Dang Xa - Bac Ninh;

- Proposing for mass deployment to replace 24HT-90 pump (4000m3 / h horizontal axial flow pump) and 12LTx-40 pump (1000m3 / h horizontal axial flow pump) in the provinces of Bac Ninh, Bac Giang, Vinh Phuc, Hung Yen , Hai Duong, Hai Phong, Nam Ha, Nam Dinh, Thai Binh, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Thua Thien Hue and provinces in the Southern Delta with suitable water column.
